CEO and President
Mr. Karagiannidis was born and raised in Montréal, Québec, and has been involved in over 300 transactions involving emerging private and public companies with a total value in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Karagiannidis is currently a dealing representative at EMD Financial. Prior to EMD Mr. Karagiannidis worked at Marquest Capital Markets, Industrial Alliance Securities, and Desjardins Securities. Mr. Karagiannidis is an MBA graduate of the Ivey Business School (University of Western Ontario), LL.B from the University of Montréal and is a member of the Québec Bar Association.

Edward Low was the founder of Image International Group, Inc. since 2005, holding the title of Chief Financial Officer & Director from 2009 to 2019. Current jobs include Chief Executive Director & Director at St. Elias Mines Ltd., President & Director at Hml Properties, Inc. since 2004, , Chief Financial Officer at QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. since 2014, Chief Financial Officer at Medisys Diagnostic Imaging LP, and Chief Financial Officer at First Hydrogen Corp. since 2023. Mr. Jang is a Professional Accountant with over 25 years of experience in senior financial management roles across various sectors, including mining, nonprofit organizations, and the medical wellness industry. He has successfully executed several companies public listings, including Numinus Wellness Inc. and most recently, Adaptogenics Health Corp. Mr. Jang currently serves as a financial consultant to various private and publicly listed companies, providing robust financial management and oversight in the structuring and implementation of financial and regulatory processes.
ANDRE TURMEL

André Turmel has more than 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He has been a senior partner at one of the largest Canadian law firm, Fasken LLP, where he has practised energy, natural resources and climate change law. André has been recognized since 2006 by Best Lawyers in Canada in Energy Law. André has co-led for several years Fasken’s Global Energy Group. André has been Chair of the Canadian Bar Association – National Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Law Section and was also Chair of the Foundation of the Partners of the Biosphere of Montreal (Water, Ecosystem and Climate Change Museum of Environment Canada located in the U.S. Pavilion during the 1967 World Exposition – Montréal. André has in-depth knowledge of energy markets in North America. He has negotiated and was involved in multiple energy related transactions in Canada and abroad. André has been working more recently in the hydrogen sector with Developers and governments. André is often asked to speak on energy and climate change related issues on which he has written numerous works and articles. André sits on the Board of Hydrogène Québec and is a member of its Executive Committee. André is a member of the Québec Bar and has a LL.B (Sherbrooke), LL.M (Université de Montréal) and B.Sc. (Université de Montréal).

Pam Sangster
Strategic Advisor
Ms. Sangster brings over 30 years of experience in the mineral resource sector to her new role. A former Regional Resident Geologist and Professional Geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey, she has held senior roles, including as Provincial Industrial Mineral Specialist, Regional Land Use Planning Geologist, Manager of the Provincial Mines and Minerals Information Centre, and District Geologist in Timmins. She has extensive expertise in mineral exploration, land use planning, and industrial minerals, with strong ties to industry, government, and Indigenous communities.
