A Canadian clean-technology company pioneering the discovery and production of naturally occurring geologic, or “white,” hydrogen. Our mission is to unlock a new source of sustainable energy directly from the earth through advanced subsurface analytics and clean, non-electrolytic extraction technologies designed to minimize environmental impact and eliminate combustion.
Our strategy is built around two core pillars: geologic hydrogen discovery and clean hydrogen extraction. Using proprietary soil-gas survey methods and subsurface analytics, DiagnaMed identifies naturally occurring hydrogen accumulations in favourable geological settings. Through an exclusive partnership with TerraVent Environmental Inc., the company employs patented Heatwave electromagnetic stimulation tools to release hydrogen from ancient iron-rich rock formations and depleted hydrocarbon reservoirs repurposing existing energy infrastructure for low-cost hydrogen extraction.
In 2025, DiagnaMed launched its Ontario Natural Hydrogen & Helium Exploration Program in the Timiskaming District, within the Témiscamingue–Timiskaming Graben along the Ontario-Québec border. This region’s deep fault structures and iron-bearing formations offer ideal conditions for hydrogen generation and containment. Early field surveys confirmed widespread hydrogen anomalies, including multiple readings exceeding 2,000 parts per million.
By integrating discovery and extraction into a single platform, DiagnaMed is laying the groundwork for Canada’s Natural Hydrogen Corridor, connecting future hydrogen hubs across Ontario and Québec and supporting the country’s long-term transition toward a cleaner, net-zero energy economy.
About Hydrogen and Market Opportunity
Naturally Occurring & Clean
Natural hydrogen is formed underground through geological processes, accumulating in rock fractures and reservoirs. It offers a clean, renewable energy source that can be tapped with minimal surface disruption.
